Because workshop seats, community access, digital resources, recordings, downloadable materials, and educational content are made available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Drop-In Passes
• Summer Builder Passes
• VIP Builder Passes
• Workshops
• Coaching sessions
• Digital resources
• Community access
• Recordings and replays
• Membership benefits

Please review workshop descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Workshop Transfers

If you purchase a Drop-In Pass and cannot attend your selected workshop, you may request a transfer to another workshop within the current AI Build Lab series, subject to availability.

Transfer requests must be submitted before the scheduled workshop begins.

Transfers are not guaranteed but will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible.

Workshop transfers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.

Workshop Changes and Cancellation

Jennifer From MARS reserves the right to:

• Reschedule workshops
• Modify schedules
• Adjust workshop content
• Update workshop formats
• Substitute guest presenters or instructors when necessary

If Jennifer From MARS cancels a workshop and does not provide a replay, rescheduled session, workshop credit, or other reasonable alternative, a refund or account credit may be issued at our discretion.

Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A reliable internet connection
• A compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device
• Access to email communications related to their purchase
• The ability to access online workshop platforms and resources

Some workshop activities may involve the use of third-party software, websites, AI platforms, and online services.

Participants are responsible for creating and maintaining any third-party accounts they choose to use during workshops.

Any fees, subscriptions, or costs associated with third-party services are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.

Jennifer From MARS is not responsible for technical issues arising from:

• Internet connectivity
• Device limitations
• Browser settings
• Software configuration
• Third-party accounts
• Third-party service interruptions

Refunds will not be provided due to participant technical difficulties.

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving concerns whenever reasonably possible.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of access to:

• Workshops
• Recordings
• Community features
• Resources
• Future offerings
