Welcome to Jennifer From MARS ("Jennifer From MARS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JenniferFromMars.com, AI Build Lab workshops, the Builder Guild community, downloadable resources, recordings, coaching sessions, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose

Jennifer From MARS provides educational workshops, training, coaching, community discussions, and learning resources focused on artificial intelligence, technology, business systems, productivity, and related topics.

The Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, business, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on information provided through the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by multiple individuals.

3. Purchases and Access

Your purchase grants access only to the specific tier purchased.

Drop-In Pass — Includes access to the selected workshop and related materials.

Summer Builder Pass — Includes access to all workshops and Builder Guild features described at the time of purchase.

VIP Builder Pass — Includes additional coaching, feedback, or VIP benefits described at the time of purchase.

Access periods, replay availability, community access, and included features are described on the Site and may vary by offering.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Services, workshop seats, recordings, downloadable resources, community access, and coaching availability, all sales are generally final.

If Jennifer From MARS cancels a workshop and does not provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduling option, or replay, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

5. Community Standards

Builder Guild members are expected to contribute positively to the community. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Spam, solicit, or excessively self-promote
• Share another person's confidential information
• Attempt to access systems or content you are not authorized to access
• Disrupt workshops, discussions, or community activities

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these standards. No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, recordings, presentations, templates, prompts, downloads, worksheets, community resources, and educational materials are owned by Jennifer From MARS unless otherwise noted.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:

• Resell materials
• Redistribute materials
• Republish materials
• Share recordings
• Share member-only resources
• Use materials to create competing products or training programs

You retain ownership of projects, businesses, websites, content, software, and other creations you build using knowledge gained through the Services.

7. AI and Third-Party Tools

Workshops may reference or demonstrate third-party products and services including, but not limited to: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Lovable, Replit, Midjourney, Perplexity, Zapier, and other AI tools.

These services are owned and operated by third parties. Jennifer From MARS is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, feature changes, account restrictions, data loss, or changes in tool behavior.

AI technologies evolve rapidly and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Income
• Business success
• Employment outcomes
• Customer acquisition
• Website traffic
• Product sales
• Specific technical results

Individual results depend on many factors beyond our control, including effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation. Any examples, demonstrations, case studies, or success stories are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennifer From MARS and its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Jennifer From MARS during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Services

We may update, modify, discontinue, or improve features, resources, workshops, community features, and offerings at any time.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes when appropriate.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
